Take a walk inside Chiba Shin-Urayasu Station　新浦安駅構内を散歩

Shin-Urayasu Station is a station on the East Japan Railway Company (JR East) Keiyo Line, located in Irifune 1-chome, Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture.
In addition to the Keiyo Line trains, trains that board the Musashino Line from Nishifunabashi Station also stop.

【Usage situation】
The average number of passengers per day in 2020 (2nd year of Reiwa) is 39,377.

On the Keiyo Line, except for Tokyo Station and Nishifunabashi Station, it ranks third after Shinkiba Station and Kaihin Makuhari Station (88th after Ichigaya Station in JR East as a whole), and the number of passengers is increasing year by year. Although it exceeded the number of people, it decreased in 2011 and was overtaken by Kaihin Makuhari Station.
In Urayasu city, there are more passengers getting on and off than Urayasu station (Tokyo Metro Tozai line), and more passengers than Soga station where commuting express and limited express stop (both commuting express and limited express pass through this station).

新浦安駅（しんうらやすえき）は、千葉県浦安市入船一丁目にある、東日本旅客鉄道（JR東日本）京葉線の駅である。
京葉線の列車のほか、西船橋駅から武蔵野線に乗り入れる列車も停車する。

【利用状況】
2020年（令和2年）度の1日平均乗車人員は39,377人である。

京葉線内では東京駅、西船橋駅を除けば新木場駅、海浜幕張駅に次ぎ第3位（JR東日本全体では市ケ谷駅に次いで88位）で、乗車人員が年々増加し、2005年度には5万人を超えたが、2011年度には減少し、海浜幕張駅に抜かれた。
浦安市内では浦安駅（東京メトロ東西線）より乗降人員が多く、通勤快速、特急が停まる蘇我駅よりも乗降客が多い（通勤快速、特急共に当駅は通過）。
